The Business commenced in May, 2008. It involves selling performance parts and accessories to the public, and various workshops. It is located on busy Caloundra Road, at Little Mountain. There is a Liberty Service Station located right next door with the driveway literally metres from the front door. This is open 7 days per week. To the other side of the shop, there is an Ultratune mechanical workshop with a dynomometer facility, who specialize in late model performance tuning. Bunnings Warehouse is also close by. The shop has a purpose built showroom facility, approximately 60 square metres in size, which is fitted out with stainless steel top display cases, hanging and shelving space. There is also an area of approximately 24 square metres which could be used as a workshop or similar. This space has large plate glass window frontage, which can be viewed by service station patrons. The Business has several suppliers throughout Australia. The majority of parts are bought through Australia’s largest Performance Products supplier, with whom I have negotiated a very good buy rate. The business is currently trading from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. Advertising is through word of mouth and Just Parts magazine, a monthly national publication. Building security is very good, with an alarm, bars over the windows, and a roller door at the front. The manager of the service station also lives in premises above the shop and service station.

There is a 3x3x3 lease agreement in place. Rent is $15,000 GST annually.
