A 5-year-old “Jim Reynolds” state of the art computer controlled waste paper and cardboard re-cycling product manufacturing plant and line that was meticulously maintained and serviced by it’s original and only owners. This plant is the only one in the Southern Hemisphere and was made in the USA by the world renowned leader in this class of machinery.

Fully operational ex public listed stock exchange Company, Needs new piping as the original piping joining the various parts of the plant were suitable to the previous existing installation and the speed piping is a minor cost, All electrical from switchboard to plant intact and tagged saving thousands of dollars in cost.

Footprint area 12 x 18 meters, Height needed is 10 meters minimum or the dust separators could be installed externally under a separate lean to roof.

Production Capacity – varies on bag sizing

•1,785kg – 6,825kg/ hr* (*requires add on equipment to create large cubes) (Up to 6,8 ton PER HOUR)

•On current manual bagging setup and based on 10.5 kg bags of finished will produce 150 – 175 bags per hour (1,7 ton per hour / 14 ton per 8 hour shift).

•By adding an automatic cuber this plant will do up to 6,8 ton per hour / 54 ton per 8 hour shift. (Details of cuber can be disclosed).
